I'm Nikki Sailor

- proud owner of Ghost Ship Tattoo and a professional tattoo artist for over a decade.

Ghost Ship Tattoo was born from my love of both art and business, and my desire to make the tattoo experience better for everyone. After years of running businesses and learning from both successes and struggles, I set out to create a studio that feels safe, supportive, and fair — for artists and clients alike. In an industry that’s often unregulated, our unique system offers both freedom and stability, combining quality, care, and professionalism in every tattoo.

Our Artists 

At Ghost Ship Tattoo, artists still have the freedom to work in a way that suits their self employed status, while clients can feel reassured that their experience will always meet the high standards we are known for.*

We work with three categories of artists:

Tattooed Girl

Resident Artists

  • Work exclusively at our studio.

  • Have their own private tattoo station and all their tattoo supplies provided by us, including needles and inks, so we can guarantee the premium quality of everything used.

  • Trusted professionals with years of experience at Ghost Ship and beyond.

  • May handle their bookings independently or through our studio's official booking system, depending on their own particular preferences.

ARTISTS
Tattooed Hands

Collaborators

  • Freelance professionals with a unique tattoo style who split their time between Ghost Ship and other tattoo studios.

  • All their bookings are handled solely by the studio.

  • Pricing, terms, and payments are also set by the studio and the artist is paid by us once the tattoo is completed.

  • Clients get the same secure booking process, protections, and support as with resident artists.

  • Feedback forms are sent to clients after each session, which ensures high customer service standards and rewards the artist with being offered more works within our studio.​

ARTISTS
Colorful Tattoos

Guest Artists

  • Visiting tattooists who join us for a short period.

  • Bring unique styles and fresh skills to our studio, which promotes growth among artists and more variety to our clients.

  • They may:

    • Rent a chair (managing their own bookings independently), or

    • Be booked through our studio's booking system (with our full protections).

  • If booked via the studio: your appointment is fully covered by us, we will give the same protection as with the resident artists and collaborators.

  • If booked privately with the guest artist: agreements, payments and anything related to these bookings is between you and them directly and our studio holds no responsibility over it.
