1. This is a Non-Refundable Purchase:

- All tattoo credits and gift vouchers purchased through our website are strictly non-refundable.

2. Expiry of Tattoo Credits & Vouchers:
- Tattoo credits and gift vouchers purchased through our website must be redeemed within one year from the date of purchase.

3. No Monetary Exchange:
- Tattoo credits and gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of monetary value.

4. Transfer of Credits/Vouchers:
- If a customer is unable to use their tattoo credits or gift voucher, they may gift them to another person by providing the recipient’s full name and ID to us prior to the redemption.

5. Usage Restriction:
- Tattoo credits or gift vouchers may only be redeemed by the person named on the invoice or voucher, unless otherwise specified.

6. Booking & Cancellation Policy:
- To redeem tattoo credits or gift vouchers, customers must book an appointment with the chosen artist and provide the gift card or credits reference number. A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required for any rescheduling or cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a deposit fee being deducted from the value of the credits or voucher.

7. Deposit Fees:
- Deposit fees, as applicable, are as follows:

• £20 for tattoos valued under £100

• £50 for tattoos valued between £100 and £350

• £100 for tattoos valued over £350

8. Rescheduling Fees:
- Customers may reschedule their appointment once at no charge, provided they give at least 72 hours' notice. Subsequent reschedules will incur a £20 fee per change.

9. Artist Changes & Studio Transfers:
- Tattoo credits and gift vouchers are valid only at Ghost Ship Tattoo. If the chosen artist leaves the studio, the customer may choose another available artist or transfer the credits/gift card to another person by following the instructions of section number 4 of this terms.

10. Right to Refuse Service:
- We reserve the right to refuse service on the appointment day under the following circumstances:

• Disrespectful or rude behaviour towards our artists or other customers present

• Posing a risk to the safety of our artists and clients

• Attending the appointment under the influence of drugs or alcohol

• Being pregnant or breastfeeding 

• Being under 18 years old

• Failure to provide a valid photo ID

• Arriving more than 30 minutes late without prior notification to the shop or artist

• Bringing pets to the appointment

• Severe sunburn at the tattoo site on the day of the appointment

• Skin conditions, scars, stretch marks, moles, acne, or inflammation at the tattoo site not disclosed at the time of booking

• Failure to inform us of a cover-up tattoo at the time of booking

• Significant changes to the design concept less than 72 hours before the appointment (e.g., changing from a detailed portrait of a pet to a linework mandala in a completely different style)

• Any medical condition on the appointment day that may prevent safe tattooing and healing

11. Service Refusal Penalties:
- If service is refused due to any of the reasons listed in section 10, a deposit fee will be deducted to cover the artist’s time and the shop's costs. Additionally, the customer may be prohibited from booking future appointments at the studio.
